The EHL Cohort is a eight-week cohort for leaders looking to dive into Peter Scazzero’s bestselling book Emotionally Healthy Leader in a group learning environment. Led by Trey Abney, this cohort facilitates growth in emotional health, spiritual maturity, and ministry leadership.

Cultivate: Women in Ministry Leadership Cohort
Cultivate is a seven-month cohort experience in which participants develop core leadership competencies, strengthen their ministry call, and create a community of holistic development. The purpose of Cultivate is to coach and connect women leaders within a relational learning environment.

Build: Men in Ministry Leadership Cohort
Build is a seven-month cohort experience in which participants develop core leadership competencies, strengthen their ministry call, and create a community of holistic development. Build aims to coach and connect male leaders within a relational learning environment.
