Welcome 2026 Build Cohort
We are honored that you have chosen to be a part of this seven-month opportunity. Thank you for allowing us to partner with you and to speak into your life. This cohort is designed with a two-fold purpose:
Support you to new levels of leadership.
Create a network of helpful ministry relationships.
Our prayerful expectation is that you will build new friendships, gain fresh perspectives, receive needed healing, step into your giftings, discover clear pathways of purpose, connect with helpful sponsors, network with like-minded leaders, receive empowerment and fresh anointing from the Holy Spirit.
Reading over the applications convinces us that God is up to something amazing! Our 2026 Cohort is diverse in so many ways. We are different in marital and parenting status, seasons of life, geographical locations, ministry focus, age, ethnicity, and dreams.
We are the same in that we all have answered the call to lead as Jesus’ disciples.
Throughout our seven-month journey, an intercessory team, along with the cohort leadership team, will be praying for you by name. As such, I invite you to share any specific prayer requests. Anticipation, expectation, and vision fill our hearts for this cohort. We speak life, grace, and peace to you as you enter this focused season of ministry growth, revelation, and clarification.

Participants are encouraged to attend ALL monthly Zoom gatherings, coaching sessions, as well as the in-person Retreat. Your attendance preserves the format and outcome of the cohort. Should an emergency or exception apply, timely communication is requested.
The monthly Zoom calls are usually on the second Tuesday of every month beginning February 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm EST. Check the posted schedule to confirm.
There will be one call a month for six months leading up to the Cohort Retreat.

Monthly Group Call recordings are uploaded within a few days after the session.

CrossPointe Retreat Center
Christiansburg, Virginia

Christiansburg is 30 minutes from Roanoke, Virginia.
The closest airport is ROA. However, due to costs, there will also be carpooling groups from RDU and CLT. Once you secure your flights, fill out the travel form. We will do our best to help find you ground transportation.
We will be staying together on the CrossPointe Conference Center Campus.

• Back by popular demand! Bring your favorite snack to share... sweet, savory, healthy,, or just plain junk food. Drop these items off at check-in.
• Comfortable Clothing
• Hiking attire
• Toiletries & Personal Items
• Pillow (if you like multiple or have a specific preference)
• Sunscreen, sunglasses & bug spray
• Bag Chair/s (if feasible with travel accommodations)
• Journal, Bible, Pen
• Toilet Spray (optional)
• Water Bottle (optional)
Arrival Information:
• We will be ready to welcome you at 4 pm at the Holland Lodge. Just follow the signs!
• After arrival, you will have time to freshen up, explore & rest if you desire.
• Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm as our first group activity.
Other:
All meals, snacks, and materials will be provided.
